House Rules

Welcome to Zaire Lodge!
We are delighted to welcome you and hope you enjoy a peaceful, relaxing and memorable stay. To ensure that all guests have a comfortable experience, we kindly ask you to observe the following House Rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Adults-Only Accommodation
Zaire Lodge is an adults-only accommodation. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children or infants.

Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
If possible, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

Check-out
Please check out by 11:00 AM on your departure day.
If you require a later departure, please speak with us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed daily from:
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

During these hours, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbours.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Guests are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and help us keep the property clean.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Thank you for your understanding.

Parties and Events
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Zaire Lodge, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may use the accommodation.

Respect for the Property
Please treat the accommodation, furnishings and equipment with care. Should anything become damaged during your stay, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation quickly.

Visitors
For the comfort and security of all guests, visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior approval.

Safety
Please ensure that doors and windows are securely closed whenever you leave the accommodation. Before leaving, switch off lights, air conditioning, heating, sauna and other electrical appliances when they are not needed. If you notice anything that requires attention or maintenance, please let us know promptly.

Lost Property
Items left behind after departure will be kept for a reasonable period whenever possible. If you realize that you have forgotten something, please contact us as soon as possible. Any shipping costs for returning lost items are the responsibility of the guest.

Sustainable Stay
We appreciate your help in reducing our environmental impact.
Simple actions such as conserving water, switching off unnecessary lights and separating waste where possible help us protect the beautiful surroundings of Zaire Lodge.
